Bulk upload — click here to use the required template. List price or cost left blank means "no value on file" — a blank cell on re-upload will clear a value that's already set, same as leaving it blank here. Description and category are optional and only used today as input to AI value-add suggestions (ADDENDUM_16) — that feature isn't live yet, but filling these in now costs nothing and helps suggestion quality once it is.

This is a new, separate list from the account names typed directly into deals in the main tool (see ADDENDUM_12.md for why they aren't linked together yet). "Assigned to" is matched by email against this workspace's members — leave it blank if unsure.

What a rep can concede to a customer on an offer. "Requires approval" routes the offer to the rep's manager once saved -- see the Users page for manager assignment. Est. Value is optional: a typical dollar value for this concession, counted toward an offer's stacked effective discount alongside its price delta (see ADDENDUM_13 §4) -- leave blank for a concession type with no clear value-modeling rule yet rather than guessing.
